I love to cook, and I especially love spicy foods. Spicy foods are tricky to cook; they must have a bite, without allowing the spices to overpower the flavor. I was pretty thrilled when I discovered Benito’s hot sauce. It comes in a wide variety of flavors, like mango habanero or chipotle maple syrup. I’m astounded at the versatility of these hot sauces. I add them to Chinese cuisine, Mexican dishes, and Indian foods. They can be used to spice up burgers, ribs or any barbecue. Grilled seafood takes on a whole new dimension when basted with a tasty hot sauce. I often use the Naranja sauce for a marinade before frying chicken, and the maple syrups are fantastic on almost anything. I recently began learning to cook Thai food, and several of these sauces make a superb addition to several Thai recipes. I always keep a good supply of these hot sauces for all occasions.
