Fearless A&R is a massive site that we have been working on for about a year. It was just released in Beta version 2. The site houses a huge database of music industry contacts including record labels, publishers, managers, and more. Visitors are also able to upload music, video, and other media to the site to create their own profiles. We also had to make an interface for A&R reps to privately screen the bands and rate them.
